Matthew arrived as scheduled and communicated well. The day the blower motor arrived he and a co-worker immediately came to install it. It took 4 hours and he had to leave at one point to get additional parts. As I have been heating with space heaters for 2 weeks while waiting for the blower motor to arrive, I appreciated the fact he made the extra effort to complete the job in one day. Highly recommend Matthew, Hurliman and Fidelity Home Warranty.

Communication with this company was awesome. Our technician Eric took his time to troubleshoot our system. He was very thorough and took his time. He gave us his findings in layman’s terms, easy to understand. Very professional and courteous young man. Thanks!!!

Jerry did an outstanding job locating the issues with the furnace. He was very professional in explaining how certain parts and units worked together and what part needed fixed immediately. He offered alternative ways to address the issue until we heard back on the insurance warranty so I could keep my home heated while waiting for an authorization for the work to be done. Would definitely use this company again as he was responsive when an appointment was requested and arrived on time for our appointment. Friendly, smart and professional all the way! Thanks!

This was the first company that responded to my home warranty claim after a week. I’m glad it was them. They were quick & efficient. The technician was honest with me. Another company quoted me $600 when it was a $200 job. Thanks Jerry & Hurliman Heating & AC, you guys were awesome!!

My furnace needed to be replaced and everyone from Hurliman was awesome. Eric in sales was very professional and helpful in choosing my new furnace. He got my installation scheduled for the next day which I greatly appreciated since I had been without heat for 5 days. And the day of the installation I had Bart and Kade as the technicians installing my new furnace. They were both very professional and did an awesome job. Bart was very helpful and answered all my numerous questions. I really cannot say enough great things about Hurilman. Everyone I have dealt with actually deserve more than 5 stars. I HIGHLY recommend Hurliman to anyone.

The service tech was on time and did a very t borough job of trouble shooting the system and either adjusting problem areas or eliminating areas of no concern. System was working fine at the end of the call. He kept the work area orderly and clean. Was impressed with willingness to share info on exactly what he was doing and why it was necessary. Omgosh!! These guys were great. Outstanding communication, kept me up to date when they were coming. Sent a email showing me a pic of who was going to be coming to my door. Eric the tech was awesome. Polite, communicated the issue that needed to be fixed. Answered all my questions. Would highly recommend Hurliman to friends and family. Unfortunate situation made much better by outstanding customer service.

Called for our furnace turning off and back on in brief intervals. Mathew D. came and found a crack in our heat exchanger. (The unit was original to the house and 25 years old). Matt professionally explained the issue and regretfully explained it needed to be decommissioned. Luckily we have other means of heat, and i truly appreciate Matt’s level of detail and caution when approaching safety issues like this. Kudos to Matt! Just made the company a long term customer!

Kurtis Bishop was on time, Respectful, Polite and Very Knowledgeable. He Diagnosed the problem right away and found other problems with the unit. He explained to me what the problems were and worked diligently to solve the problem. A replacement part had to be ordered and had it installed within a day. He truely enjoys his job! I would give Kurtis a 10 and an end of year bonus. I will definitely tell friends and neighbors about Kurtis and Hurliman Heating.

Eric was a very nice technician and I felt very comfortable having him in my home. He explained the problem very well and did a great job getting my furnace running until we decide whether or not to replace it. If you call Hurliman’s I would highly recommend that you ask for Eric!

Sean was very professional. We were not happy with the outcome and he remained very nice and professional. After thinking about it later we were thankful that we hadn’t had a serious problem due to the crack in the furnace. We have had this company out in the past and have always been great to work with.

Mathew did a great job fixing our furnace when it suddenly stopped working on us then offered to do an annual service at the same time. It was great because he gave us a heads up that we will need major repairs in a year or two so we can budget ahead for that!

Mathew Driscoll is a great representative for Hurliman. Actually, he was ahead of schedule and called to see if was okay to show up ahead of scheduled time which it was. We did this under our home insurance coverage so cannot speak to "Good value" other than the cost of our coverage through coverage was a good value.

Both techs Cameron and Theron were professional, polite, and made sure we were satisfied with their work. Excellent service! Highly recommend! (Plus they arrived earlier than expected!) Also, Shawna (the company representative) kept us updated on when I service appointment would occur and was very helpful in answering any questions we had! Excellent communication!

Mathew showed up almost two hours early which was great as I was home just waiting for him. Diagnosed the problem quickly, ordered the part needed as not available in Spokane, will install next week. Very pleasant and easy to work with.

I never post reviews, but we had the pleasure of having Kurtis fix our furnace today. He showed up right on time, he was professional, and very kind. He offered us ways to save on our fix, but also offered us suggestions for how to protect against future problems. He made sure not to leave before ensuring his work successfully solved our repair and gave us a very detailed quote prior. Mitch and Bart did a wonderful job on our installation. They were very professional, kept the house clean and free from excess dust while cutting in the duct work, and answered all of my questions. We were very pleased with the end result and would highly recommend them.

Hurliman has become my "go-to" business for anything related to my HVAC system because of Eric Jordan's professionalism and expertise while repairing my A/C. Eric not only fixed the problem, he educated me on my whole system. For example I had many of my vents closed that were supposed to be open. Eric also came to fix my A/C just after he was done for the day, in triple digit heat. I believe this was arranged by Shauna who answered the phones. I much appreciated this as I would have gone through the weekend without A/C.

He was very polite, professional and explained what he was going to be doing in and approximately how long it would take. He gave me information about my furnace and about my AC unit. Mitchell and his partner Bart were timely, professional, and got right to it. They replaced furnace, inside coils, flex duct for intake. They provided EXCELLENT service and completed the job in less time than I expected. And cleaned up after themselves. I would certainly use them again.

Tanner and Cade were prompt and efficient. They finished earlier than planned, answered all my questions, and cleaned up the piping from the previous furnace install. It looks really good, and the A/C is quiet! I won't actually run the furnace just yet, but the trial went well.

Matthew performed our furnace maintenance and showed me the part that would most likely fail within the winter season. This wasn’t any surprise tibia as we had figured we would replace the furnace this year. Chance and Jared showed up on the installation side later that week with the new unit. They had it installed and working that day. They were awesome! Great experience with all the staff we encountered from Hurliman.

Eric Jordon of Hurliman Heating and Air Conditioning made two visits to service our main furnace, “out building” climate unit (combined AC/Heating), and gas fire place. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He answered all of our questions and was very patient in both explaining and showing us how to properly run our units. He left all work areas clean. His service was outstanding and we will definitely use Hurliman again (requesting Eric!).

We have used this company since we moved into this house in 2004. The company was small back then and if I remember correctly the owner was the one that did the work that day. So glad that they have grown. That are good for Spokane.

The experience was excellent. Our tech Mathew was on time kept me updated on everything he was finding and what he was doing. He was very efficient and very professional. All I all this was one of my best experiences with any HVAC company.

Gas line installation. Highly recommend the services of Hurliman Heating and Bart Matterson. They were able to get me scheduled for work withing a couple of days. They showed up on time and coordinated the services of the City Inspector and permitting while they were on site. They kept a clean workspace and answered any questions or concerns that I had. They completed the work within a couple of hours and charged me the price estimated/quoted without trying to upsell their services. I am keeping their business card and recommending their services to my friends. A big Thank You to Bart at Hurliman Heating for a job well done!

Great service. It was a minor problem but they were able to identify it quickly. Seemed be very knowledgeable. I was able to get quick service on one of the hottest days of the year just before a holiday so I am pleased. Service tech was Shawn-not sure of the name of the other tech with him.

My wife and I usually don't do surveys or product responses but this is a review of a personal nature to determine what kind of rating for Kurtis Bishop is warranted. If we could give him 10 stars, we would. He was tasked to service our heating and A/C systems for our personal residence and also for our rental. He was very knowledgeable and his expertise showed. He found a problem and even though it required a part that is no longer produced due to the age of our system he found a way to revamp it and made it work better. He explained the workings of a number of items that I had not realized before that can aid in preventative measures in the future. Very professional. Who does that nowadays? At our rental he not only did the required maintenance in a cramped space without complaint he also assisted me in removing some old metal runs (heating duct pipes) that your company replaced earlier with insulated flexible piping. It didn't take very long to pull them out but that was something that the previous crew was supposed to have done and did "not" do. I believe that technician, in charge, who previously did that job is no longer with your company, I can understand why. As far as I'm concerned Kurtis is what I would refer to as a "keeper". First, I want to say that I'm rating the ability of our tech, which is worthy of five stars. The ability to get a hold of Hurliman was a nightmare, culminating ultimately in 10 or so calls, two unreturned voicemails (left over the course of a week), and finally a walk-in visit to the office during our work day to just get access to a human. I totally understand that a very hot summer is going to be the crazy season for any AC/heating company, but holy moly, we were beginning to wonder if they had gone out of business and hadn't disconnected their phones. Moving on to the actual service... Once we actually made contact with Hurliman, we were quickly connected with Eric Jordan, who was an awesome professional to work with. He arrived promptly on time, offered to wear shoe covers in my house (meant a lot to a me, since I had just mopped), and was in and out very quickly. At the end of his work, he explained to me and my husband in detail what he had done, answered all my husband's tech-y questions, and provided a well written summary for our records. We felt he was very honest and easy to understand, two qualities we don't always see in combination. He was at our house to replace a faulty pump that was installed last year by Hurliman, and we appreciated that Hurliman upgraded our faulty device without charge (the faulty pump caused damage to our house and we will update this review once we are finished talking to Hurliman about full resolution). We are thrilled to have our AC back online, and feel confident about the expertise of the person who did the job. We expect that Hurliman will sort out the bugs in their calling system, and we will likely return in the future should we need further services.

Eric did a great job working the water pump discharge from side of the furnace. He took a time to explained to me what was the issues on leaking water. The only thing I was a little disappointed was the Scheduler in the your office did not put for tune up clean the furnace. Eric, only aware of the water leak repair. It cost me $163.79 dollars 35-45 minutes repair.

Tanner and Brandon arrived on time this morning promptly at 8:00. They worked diligently and professionally to install our new air conditioning unit. They were pleasant and did a great job. We are so thankful to Hurliman Heating and Air Con ditioning to get us back into cooling our house down during this very warm time of the year.

Giving this a 5 star only because Theron was quick responsive and repaired the issue in a timely manner. However, the company itself claims they have a guarantee but what exactly is that guarantee? They don’t guarantee their work from before management was changed apparently. Our AC unit was installed by Hurliman when the house was built. We had 4 good summers with no issues. This summer the system was not running efficiently. There was a micro leak found which had been draining for a long time. Evidence of residue all over. Had more than one opinion from other professionals stating this leak should have been identified during the original installation. So what is the guarantee? 1 year? 5 year? 10 year? Who knows? Either way I’m out $1600 now. Would like to see management clarify what guarantee they have on their workmanship. Thanks Theron you get a 5 star.

Matthew Driscoll was amazing! He came and informed me of the problems, educated me on how to maintain and spot issues on my heating and ac! He was extremely friendly and very helpful! Hurliman Heating & Cooling replace my hot water tank and my furnace a few years ago and did a great job! So when my air conditioner needed replacing, I turned to them again. Blake came out and evaluated my home so that he could give me his expert recommendations for a new unit. My home can be challenging since it’s a split level and temperatures vary greatly between the floors. He was able to give me 2 options. Either a one or two stage air conditioner. I chose the 2 stage because of the varying temps. Tanner and Brandon came out to do the installation of the new unit and a new, much more advanced thermostat with a extra sensor for down stairs. These guys were so very professional. They arrived on time and got to work immediately. I was worried that they may not be able to finish the job in one day, but that was no problem for them. They were fast and efficient workers. Tanner not only finished up the job, but he also installed the thermostat and got it set up on line for me! I now have a “smart home!” He also gave me instructions on how to adjust the temperature. I couldn’t be more pleased! They left no mess behind. And every part of the job was completed. Once the new air conditioner was turned on, my house cooled down in no time at all. I highly recommend using Hurliman Heating and Air. Their quality of service, the professionalism of their staff, their work ethics and skills and the best products will surpass any other company. They are the best!

There were a few glitches but everything was taken care of very quickly. We wanted to especially thank Brandon DeChenne for his incredible help. Brandon went above and beyond. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable and got everything working perfectly. We would highly recommend the company solely on his help alone.

I’ve had Hurliman technicians install a new gas fireplace & service our home’s HVAC. Their technicians have always been responsive, informative & professional. Will not hesitate to work with them again.

Theron did an excellent job! He started at square one by unwrapping the unit for the season and even folded the cover and put it in the garage. It wasn't working but he got it started. Since my AC is pretty old, he did a great job of getting it working but also talked about getting a sales rep to contact me about a quote for a new system in the near future.

Absolutely fantastic company. Called and informed of the problem with my A/C. Office couldn't have been better. Prompt call back and techs were here within hours. Techs found problem and quickly fixed it. Informed of cost for parts and labor. I wish other companies could be be as professional, courteous and prompt as they are. Shawn showed up a week early due to a cancellation and I could not have been more grateful! He answered ALL my questions and was quick to diagnose the problem and get things changed and up and running. He was kind and respectful in my home and to my dog who was very curious and followed him through the house. The office staff was wonderful! I called nearly every day to see if there had been a cancellation and possibility of my appointment being moved up earlier than the more than 10 day wait time I was scheduled for. What relief when she called me to say they could come a week early! I was very appreciative and will recommend this company. My thermostat trouble was paid by my home warranty so I can not speak to value but the respect they showed in my house was a big “value” to me.

Faced with 3 to 5 days of cold weather, my furnace quit working. This company got a technician out within 24 hours and didn’t consider it an emergency rate call. Cameron was professional and polite during his visit. He seemed knowledgeable when explaining the issue and even gave me an education on filters. I’d use these guys again.
