First, I want to say that I'm rating the ability of our tech, which is worthy of five stars. The ability to get a hold of Hurliman was a nightmare, culminating ultimately in 10 or so calls, two unreturned voicemails (left over the course of a week), and finally a walk-in visit to the office during our work day to just get access to a human. I totally understand that a very hot summer is going to be the crazy season for any AC/heating company, but holy moly, we were beginning to wonder if they had gone out of business and hadn't disconnected their phones. Moving on to the actual service... Once we actually made contact with Hurliman, we were quickly connected with Eric Jordan, who was an awesome professional to work with. He arrived promptly on time, offered to wear shoe covers in my house (meant a lot to a me, since I had just mopped), and was in and out very quickly. At the end of his work, he explained to me and my husband in detail what he had done, answered all my husband's tech-y questions, and provided a well written summary for our records. We felt he was very honest and easy to understand, two qualities we don't always see in combination. He was at our house to replace a faulty pump that was installed last year by Hurliman, and we appreciated that Hurliman upgraded our faulty device without charge (the faulty pump caused damage to our house and we will update this review once we are finished talking to Hurliman about full resolution). We are thrilled to have our AC back online, and feel confident about the expertise of the person who did the job. We expect that Hurliman will sort out the bugs in their calling system, and we will likely return in the future should we need further services.
