We had an amazing experience with Ray! We moved into a new home and within a few hours could tell the heating wasn’t working on the entire second floor. Ray arrived promptly and was polite, kind and professional. He not only found the cause of the issue right away, he also brought some other really important issues to our attention that we would have been unaware of as new renters in the home. He came back a second time to finish fixing some of our issues and did a great job! We can’t recommend him enough!
