Furnace Tune-Up Includes : 24-point furnace precision tune-up (annually): one tune-up and cleaning in the fall.
AC Tune-Up Includes: 32-point A/C precision tune-up (annually): one tune-up and cleaning in the spring. Repairs are not included in the service.
Exclusions: Fireplaces, Electric Wall Heaters, Baseboard Heating, Hot Water Tanks, Geothermals. Units must be operational at the time of tune-up to qualify for your FREE tune-up.
Renewal: These memberships will auto-renew each year unless otherwise canceled by the homeowner.
