The technician Eric was very professional and did a thorough tune-up/checkup for our ac unit before the summer heat puts too much of a strain on the system. He also cleaned out the dirt/seeds/misc-plant-matter from it and gave us some easy tips to keep it working it's best this summer.

Eric and Josh were absolutely outstanding. They were professional, thorough and explained everything they did at the end of a long day after they had cleaned up. Travis came out to do the electrical and he was outstanding as well. They do your company proud.

Eric is a very knowledgeable, professional and thoughtful person that I find very easy to talk to and ask questions. "He really knows his stuff!" Photos are of my current 16 year old furnace and air conditioner, which he showed me still has some life left in 'er!

Dan is an excellent technician! He diagnosed an issue with my central AC, ordered the necessary replacement parts, and installed them while my unit was still under warranty. Dan has a very positive attitude and a great personality. My dog really likes him and I believe the feeling is mutual, lol!

Dan is the man! Exceptional experience. Amazing personality. Incredibly knowledgeable. We just bought our house with an ancient furnace having an electronic filter and humidifier attached that we had no knowledge of. Not only did we get a tune up on the furnace and A/C but we got a run down on how the furnace worked and how to clean the filters! Thanks Dan for the education and the great conversation! Google won't let you review a business more than once, but I wish it would. So, I'm going to include multiple reviews in this. I worked with Hurliman Heating from start to finish on a full Furnace and AC replacement that was complicated by a Home Warranty Plan. It began as a repair but ended in a completely new system.

Everyone I dealt with was so wonderful and kind. I called in so much that Noel, the secretary, came to recognize my number and greet me by name. Shauna, the office manager, was also very kind and efficient. She really went the extra mile to help me deal with my Home Warranty Company. Both Noel and Shauna were always very polite and kind no matter how many times I called. Austin, the service manager, also took the time to explain to me (a first-time homeowner) how my furnace and AC are related. He talked to me for about 30 minutes outside of business hours and explained why new parts were taking 2 to 4 weeks to arrive, which was very helpful and helped me make the decision to go with a full replacement vs continuing to repair our 21 year old system, which was my Home Warranty's goal.

Daniel H, a technician, came out to my home multiple times to diagnose issues with both my furnace, AC, and fireplace. He was always very kind, patient, and efficient. Every time he came out, he explained to me what he was doing, and he did a great job. I learned quite a bit from Dan, and I feel like a more knowledgeable homeowner because of him. Dan really is such a gem.

Chris, the comfort adviser, came out to quote me for a new system. He was very inviting and easy to talk to. I got an initial quote from Hurliman and then multiple quotes afterward. Hurliman ended up price matching a lower qoute. I ultimately decided on working with them for the replacement because of how kind and responsive their whole team was. Everyone, I spoke to, which ended up being half their office was very knowledgeable, kind, and patient, but Noel, Shauna, and Dan, who I dealt with very much were really the difference makers for me.

Finally, Sean and Eric came today to install both the Furnace and AC. They did a great install. They were friendly, polite, and very knowledgeable. Both of them answered every question I had and were very responsive to my concerns. Eric explained to me the benefits of 2 different types of thermostats and helped me choose which would be best for our home.

Also, I wanted some of the pipes to run differently so that I could enclose the new furnace and create a mechanical room. Those discussions didn't make it into the notes for the job, but that was no problem for Sean. Without batting a lash, he explained to me how he could do it. I inspected the new layout of the pipes with him afterward, and he really did a beautiful job. The whole system looks much cleaner and more organized than it did before. I can now safely enclose our furnace and make the basement a safer place for my kids.

Sean and Eric never seemed rushed or in a hurry and worked very methodically and calmly. Considering it was a major installation, the process was really painless for me. After the installation, Sean went over the system with me and did a great job explaining it.

I would highly recommend working with Hurliman. They've got a kind, patient, knowledgeable, and very skilled team.

Anthony G was so helpful and professional, we installed our diy minisplit and had a few issues but Anthony from Hurliman was able to get us squared away and fixed our minisplit!! We are so happy with his work thanks again!

Anthony came and quickly diagnosed why our 2nd zone heat pump was not working. Shortly thereafter our system was up and running. He was thorough in explaining the issue and in terms we could understand. We highly recommend Anthony and Hurliman for your heating and cooling needs. We will be using them for all our future needs.

I've had a few HVAC companies help out over the years. Both good and bad experiences and many charge you for things or services that are questionable.

Update! Since the original repair call we decided to upgrade to a brand new heater and cooing unit. I am beyond in impressed with their quality of work, and products. I had other quotes for more money, and lower quality products. Hurliman went above and beyond throughout the whole process. Eric our tech was great! I ended up using their interest free financing option and got my approval in less than a minute. I would recommend them to any and everyone that might be considering an upgrade or repair!

Dan gave fantastic service today. Very pleased! He dropped off a pile of filters and answered all my questions of how often to change, which way it inserts, etc. he reminded me very importantly about the air we breathe in the house and the necessity of keeping it clean. Thank you!!!

We’ve had Hurliman service our AC in the past as well as replace our furnace. As always top notch service. Daniel was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Very enthusiastic to do his work which makes us feel better about our continuing relationship with Hurliman. The picture below is of our technician today who was really enthusiastic about working on our system that we took a picture of him with our AC. I recently had a new HVAC system installed, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service provided by the technician's. From start to finish, the experience was seamless. Great place, affordable, awesome customer service! Fast response and fast service! All around awesome place!!! A few years ago we need our blower replaced and they hit every category for 5stars then and now. Our furnace needed maintenance and sensor replace they were able to come out the next day and repair it. We are very happy with their service! As my furnace stopped working, I called Hurliman's & was very happy that they were able to send someone right away. The Technician, Dan H. was most respectful & took care in diagnosing & explaining the problem. He then hooked me up with Sam & Chris J., who very patiently, walked me through all that would be involved in resolving the issues regarding my furnace. All three of the individuals were stellar. P.S. I have to add a postscript to this review. Today's install was such a positive experience. My installers, Daniel S. & Matthew D. were true Professionals. They worked diligently & with very little impact on me & my household. They went above & beyond in explaining/teaching me how to best use my new system. And Samuel, who had helped me choose what was best for my needs, showed up to check-in & make sure I was in good hands. He even brought treats. Every one of these Men had skill, knowledge, & Great Spirits. So very happy in every way with my experience with Hurliman's. Thank you to all, including Noel, my first contact.

I had a new furnace installed today. It is a serious upgrade from my existing system. The best part was observing the two craftsmen perform the work. I have rarely had service provided to me as professionally and competently as these two service providers. It is what I have come to expect from Hurlimans. They have my strongest recommendation.

Cameron was superb at diagnosing and fixing our heating issue and came prepared with the right replacement part. He was timely and efficient, explained everything clearly, and we're 100% thankful and satisfied.

I had asked Hurliman to send a tech for second opinion. I got one sent the very next day. We had fire in the new heat-pump furnace and it eventually totally burnt down. I don’t trust the original company any more since they could not give me the reason. Shawn was friendly, polite and knowledgeable. He addressed my concerns and suggested solutions. I would suggest though for technicians to cover their shoes before walking into the house, especially in winter!

Cameron M was excellent. He was very thorough and polite. He also got here quickly and safely during the night, on icy roads. If we could give him 6 starts he would get them!

Hurliman was fantastic. During this cold, cold season they were able to get someone out within a few hours to help me when my furnace stopped working. The tech (Matthew) was thorough and quite helpful, resolving our issue. He presented multiple solutions which he explained thoroughly.

We scheduled service with Hurliman online for thermostat/no heat. Cameron was here by 8:30 the next morning. He was courteous and efficient and installed a new thermostat in short order and we are back up and running! Highly recommend!

Daniel and Jordan installed our new air conditioner. They were courteous and thorough. They inquired some issues with the existing heater which is a little over a year old and found a small leak in the attic from the existing pipe installed with our new build. They informed us of everything they were doing and where the air conditioner unit would look best by locating it on the side of the house and not behind the house. Raymond came the following day as our heater turned off. He was able to identify the problem. He explained the process and secured the tubing and reset the heater. Our home is back to being nice and toasty. As a side note, the issues were from our existing heater that came with the home. I had Hurliman install a new air conditioner which we did not have. Matthew came on Saturday to fix another issue from the heater. The heater has a safety switch which will turn off if leaking is detected. The tubing behind the unit was also leaking. He was quick and thorough. If we had not got the new air conditioning unit, we would not have known of the leaks until to late. we were grateful for their help.

The two workmen that came to my home and installed my new furnace were on time and personable. They got my new furnace up and running in 4 hours instead of the 6 hours I was told. We found ourselves with no heat for a couple days after limping our 1980’s furnace by for the past year - and we finally need to replace the entire system. Ivan came by - about an hour or so after my initial call at 4:00. We were desperate for some relief as our house had been 52 degrees for two entire days. First of all, the person I spoke to on the phone was so helpful and accommodated her tech to come by after normal business hours. I can’t remember her name but she’s a star. I am unsure if this is a normal practice for them- or if it just worked out that way - but the fact that a tech was at our house with in an hour of my initial call - working after hours to help us after 5pm is AWESOME. Can’t express how grateful I am for this. Ivan- what an awesome tech and person! Professional, friendly and knowledgeable! He knew what to look for - where to find the problem- diagnose it all while explaining and showing us exactly why it’s dying / not staying on. He proceeded to fiddle with something in there and with in a couple minutes - like magic the heat turned on and STAYED on! I can’t believe he figured it out so quick and gave us a warm night sleep. Everyone went to bed, happy. We have had 2 other companies/techs come by in the past few months and not one of them even mentioned the real issue- let alone temporarily fix it until a decision was made on the new furnace. I will recommend this company to everyone -with confidence. I am so impressed and thankful for Ivan going above and beyond, showing up so quick then actually fixing it for the time being. and a huge thank you to the receptionist for making the accommodations to have it handled right away. I requested service from the website online at 7 am. By 8:30, the serviceman was at my house. The technician, Ray, was knowledgeable, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it within the hour. He was very thorough in checking the furnace and all vents. In addition, he was kind, clean, and respectful—five stars for Ray. Thank you!

Arrived when he said he would. Looked at the system and determined the needed repairs. He did the entire system repairs and had the system running by the end of his work day. I was extremely thrilled the work was completed in one day. Bobbie was extremely courteous and explained everything to me. The cost was much less than I expected (a very nice surprise). I now know who to call when my heated water floor system needs service.

We had a couple hiccups, but the team stepped right up and made it right. I Would recommend Hurliman if you are looking for a new furnace or needing repairs on your old one. Jordan came to our home promptly. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Our hot tub was in danger of freezing, so he prioritized our visit to make it his first service call of the day. He quickly determined the problem was a 50 Amp circuit breaker and replaced it. The hot tub restarted immediately and Jordan saved it from any freezing damage. We will use Jordan for any and all electrical needs in the future, and will refer him to our friends and neighbors!

Matthew was great! He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Made suggestions and gave us a heads up on another possible failure to be watching for. He is very knowledgeable and respectful. Hope to work with him again.

Let me know generally what he was going to do. I then had a few questions for him, which he answered to my satisfaction. He took care of the service, let me know what he found and what he did to fix it. His professionalism, knowledge, and friendly way of communicating reflect well on himself and his employer.

Cameron was great and quick. He took time to investigate and explained it well. But Hurliman needs to get card readers! Your workers deserve it to save more time and resources. Would recommend. Very professional.

Friendly and Gave lots of information. Answered all of my questions. Techs were efficient, got the job done well, cleaned up afterwards. Highly recommend. I called with a follow up concern 2-3 weeks after install and they were at my place within a couple hours of the call to do a small repair. Very happy!!!!

Shawn was wonderful! We called when our heat went out and no a few minutes later we got a message that he would be here within 10 minutes. He fixed our problem so quick! We had an amazing experience with Ray! We moved into a new home and within a few hours could tell the heating wasn’t working on the entire second floor. Ray arrived promptly and was polite, kind and professional. He not only found the cause of the issue right away, he also brought some other really important issues to our attention that we would have been unaware of as new renters in the home. He came back a second time to finish fixing some of our issues and did a great job! We can’t recommend him enough!

The gentleman who did our repair of furnace service were excellent! Great communicator, showed how to use new panel and took time for us to understand the entire process. They worked. try hard and I am grateful to have them in our home and install the furnace!

Raymond showed up in the time window given to me. He thoroughly inspected every possible reason for my thermostat to randomly keep the heat on or off long past reaching temperature. Raymond understands that thermostats have a potential to act up randomly. It was so nice to be understood as opposed to the gaslighting I have recently experienced over this issue. Cameron V exceeded my expectations in diagnosing our broken thermostat, and installing a new one with a $200 rebate from Avista. I really appreciate that he took me through setting up the temperature schedule and connecting to the app. It’s all working perfectly!

Matthew was very courteous and knowledgeable. I felt confident that the service we needed was done well and I plan to use them again in the future. I felt I was given all options but not pressured for any additional services. He was also right on time and very clean and efficient working in our living room. Great job thank you!

Jake showed up at 1400, at the beginning of the two hour window. He went to work and had the furnace diagnosed in about 15 minutes. Great job, ordered the part and will be back. Follow up; Jake showed on Monday with pressure switch, installed and tested in about 20 minutes. Great job.

Matthew was AWESOME. He went above and beyond. He was there because the furnace wouldn't turn on. He got it running and he checked for carbon dioxide leaks and checked our monitors. He was really friendly. In fact we talked about how you don't get that type if service all the time any more.

Cameron was prompt, helpful, and above all else he was fair. He taught me how to operate the very old furnace in the basement of the house I bought, diagnosed the problems with it, recommended a new one as soon as possible but until we can get it repaired he said at a minimum we should have more carbon monoxide alarms around the house until we can fix it.

Jake was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and asked if I had any additional questions on my gas fireplace. I will definitely use him in the future and recommend him to friends!

We recently had 2 separate issues that required a repair person. Christopher was out a couple of days ago to look at our water heater. It's very old so we assumed it was going and would need replacement, which was correct. Christopher was very nice and professional, explained our options (expensive fix that might not help or just replace). A few weeks earlier, our AC stopped working in 100-degree temps, on a weekend, just before we were leaving town. Jerry B arrived quickly, assessed the issue, apologized that it was such an easy, quick fix and got it taken care of. Both experiences have been good. There was good communication from the office regarding arrival time. Will use again.

I called Hurliman after several frustrating telephone calls with a well known AC company that I had used for 7 years. Hurliman was responsive, caring and honorable. Had a concern with some excessive condensation on the refrigerant line dripping into the furnace. Called a company that spent 5min then said bad compressor and coil needed replaced and was quoted $4200. Decided to go through my home warranty since we just purchased this home a month prior. They sent Hurliman and Ray came out and actually spent the time to look around. Explained to me what he was looking at/for and walked me through the whole thing. We came to the conclusion that it could be bad airflow due to a dirty coil. While the Home warranty company wouldn't cover it, their prices were very good compared to national pricing. Ray came back out and got it done, again walking me through the whole process. From his explanation I am confident that this will solve the problem. Hurliman will be my go to from now on for HVAC needs and I hope I get Ray Everytime.

Raymond did an excellent job, and was very good to work with. I would rate him five stars. One point however, I would like to talk about is your answering service over the weekend. I actually just told the man I would wait and call you on Monday. The service sounds like a handoff to a third-party answering service and not even located in the US. I was totally not expecting this kind of response from a supposedly local company. You would do better to simply state your business hours and please call back then.

After calling out another company to fix my heat pump and they were unable to diagnose the problem I called Hurliman. From the start with the first person that answered the phone I knew they were the right call. Bobby was my tech that showed up and I explained what the other company said and tried. In no time at all Bobby diagnosed it as a bad control board. Bobby returned to install to control board and the rest is history. The AC is working again, just in time for the hot days ahead. I highly recommend Hurliman, each person I talked to was great and Bobby did not mind answering my questions while he worked as well as explain the operations of the electric heat pump since I am new to these. If I ever have another heating / cooling issue, Hurliman will be my first call. They should be yours as well.

Fantastic experience with the two gentlemen who performed a walkthrough of our renovation project. They listened to our concerns completely before jumping in like most contractors I have know and they did not try to immediately solve a misunderstood problem. Called them on a Friday because our furnace went out, and Matt was there to give us an estimate that same day. He took the time to learn what we really needed rather than upsell or push for a bigger system. He wasn't pushy at all, and walked through everything from equipment to what an install would include with my husband right there. We called to schedule the following Monday, and they installed the next day. Mitch did a complete furnace install on his own, and did a wonderful job! Mathew was very courteous. When he arrived, he listened to everything that I had to say about researching the symptoms myself before I made a claim with the warranty company. He explained everything that he was going to be doing before he did it. He checked the AC unit outside and then went into my basement to check that unit. Honestly, it's so hard to pay for stuff like this as it is very frustrating when things go wrong. From the moment I contacted Hurliman, there have been ups and downs with my equipment but I have to say at this point I will go nowhere else. The front office is super nice and communicative. They really care about your needs and seek to take good care of you and get your equipment serviced as soon as possible. It doesn't stop there though. I have had Cameron at my house twice and Kristopher once. Both of them are awesome and completely professional. They care about taking care of the customer. They also make sure the job is done right. Although I hope I don't have to call them back soon, if I have needs with my furnace or A/C I will call and request Cameron or Kristopher for sure. Cameron came out and was the most professional HVAC person I've ever had come out. He checked things nobody else has ever checked or looked at. It sounds corny but it felt like he treated me like he would a friend. Gave great advice and even set my thermostat. He needs a raise in pay! 8^)

This is the second time they've come to our home in the last year (not their fault, our home is 21 years old, we purchased it a year ago and there were some issues which needed to be worked out). Both times Eric was our serviceman and he was professional, friendly and explained everything really well. He worked efficiently, offered us some suggestions and we would recommend him and the business to anyone looking for good, reliable service.

The receptionist was able to get me in quickly as my furnace was out in the heat! Cameron showed up on time. Was very efficient and knowledgeable. Found that the furnace motor was out…This was a home warranty claim which is usually a pain and can take 2 weeks at times (I have rentals and have experienced delays) as the furnace company has to get approval for the work which is a process. Instead of going through the long process, Cameron took it on, Expediting the paperwork and followed up w the warranty company for approval. He showed up the same day with a new motor and installed it. Put everything back together and now we have cold air pumping! He was so modest about going above and beyond. Thank you so much from reception to the service tech. Great company!

Jerry arrived ahead of schedule and took extra effort to confirm my A/C problem. Even though it was not good news, he took a lot of additional steps to diagnose the problem. Very happy with the overall customer service.

Ivan came to our home and was very professional, competent and efficient in looking at the heating and cooling system with recommendations for us. He had the tools and knowledge to give us confidence that our system was working well and had suggestions for ensuring continued operation and healthy air quality for our home. I got a service the day after my request. Eric showed up on time, detected the issue and replaced the defective component (Nest thermostat). He was very competent, polite and patiently, replying any question I had. We are very satisfied.

After our old A/C stopped working and the company we had been working with failed to repair it or offer us an estimate for a new unit, we decided to look elsewhere. We wanted a Carrier A/C since we had received great reports from trusted family members. When I called the NATIONAL Carrier number and asked for a qualified representative in the Spokane Valley area, they recommended Hurliman and told me that they had recently received a special award for their quality of service. I then called Hurliman and their response amazed me. They said they would have someone come to our home the very next day. Matt Shandy came, promptly, evaluated our situation, gave us several options to choose from and we were able to order a new unit that same day. Now, this week, just as temperatures are beginning to increase and we really want a new A/C, Mitchell Fowler and Hunter came 2 days in a row and installed a new Carrier unit. it is so quiet compared to our old A/C and it requires only half the electricity as our old A/C, so we are expecting reduced utility costs, while using a more efficient, superior product. We have been extremely pleased with Hurliman's responsiveness and the professionalism of their personnel. We will be recommending them to all of our family and friends who may have need to seek the services of a heating &/or A/C company.

Matthew arrived as scheduled and communicated well. The day the blower motor arrived he and a co-worker immediately came to install it. It took 4 hours and he had to leave at one point to get additional parts. As I have been heating with space heaters for 2 weeks while waiting for the blower motor to arrive, I appreciated the fact he made the extra effort to complete the job in one day. Jerry did an outstanding job locating the issues with the furnace. He was very professional in explaining how certain parts and units worked together and what part needed fixed immediately. He offered alternative ways to address the issue until we heard back on the insurance warranty so I could keep my home heated while waiting for an authorization for the work to be done. My furnace needed to be replaced and everyone from Hurliman was awesome. Eric in sales was very professional and helpful in choosing my new furnace. He got my installation scheduled for the next day which I greatly appreciated since I had been without heat for 5 days. And the day of the installation I had Bart and Kade as the technicians installing my new furnace. They were both very professional and did an awesome job. Bart was very helpful and answered all my numerous questions. I really cannot say enough great things about Hurilman. Everyone I have dealt with actually deserve more than 5 stars. Called for our furnace turning off and back on in brief intervals. Mathew D. came and found a crack in our heat exchanger. (The unit was original to the house and 25 years old). Matt professionally explained the issue and regretfully explained it needed to be decommissioned. Luckily we have other means of heat, and i truly appreciate Matt’s level of detail and caution when approaching safety issues like this. Kudos to Matt! Just made the company a long term customer!

Kurtis Bishop was on time, Respectful, Polite and Very Knowledgeable. He Diagnosed the problem right away and found other problems with the unit. He explained to me what the problems were and worked diligently to solve the problem. A replacement part had to be ordered and had it installed within a day. He truely enjoys his job! I would give Kurtis a 10 and an end of year bonus. I will definitely tell friends and neighbors about Kurtis and Hurliman Heating.

Sean was very professional. We were not happy with the outcome and he remained very nice and professional. Hurliman has become my "go-to" business for anything related to my HVAC system because of Eric Jordan's professionalism and expertise while repairing my A/C. Eric not only fixed the problem, he educated me on my whole system. For example I had many of my vents closed that were supposed to be open. Eric also came to fix my A/C just after he was done for the day, in triple digit heat. I believe this was arranged by Shauna who answered the phones. I much appreciated this as I would have gone through the weekend without A/C.

He was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He answered all of our questions and was very patient in both explaining and showing us how to properly run our units. He left all work areas clean. His service was outstanding and we will definitely use Hurliman again (requesting Eric!).

We have used this company since we moved into this house in 2004. The company was small back then and if I remember correctly the owner was the one that did the work that day. So glad that they have grown. That are good for Spokane.

My wife and I usually don't do surveys or product responses but this is a review of a personal nature to determine what kind of rating for Kurtis Bishop is warranted. If we could give him 10 stars, we would. He was tasked to service our heating and A/C systems for our personal residence and also for our rental. He was very knowledgeable and his expertise showed. He found a problem and even though it required a part that is no longer produced due to the age of our system he found a way to revamp it and made it work better. He explained the workings of a number of items that I had not realized before that can aid in preventative measures in the future. Very professional. Who does that nowadays? At our rental he not only did the required maintenance in a cramped space without complaint he also assisted me in removing some old metal runs (heating duct pipes) that your company replaced earlier with insulated flexible piping. It didn't take very long to pull them out but that was something that the previous crew was supposed to have done and did "not" do. I believe that technician, in charge, who previously did that job is no longer with your company, I can understand why. As far as I'm concerned Kurtis is what I would refer to as a "keeper". First, I want to say that I'm rating the ability of our tech, which is worthy of five stars. The ability to get a hold of Hurliman was a nightmare, culminating ultimately in 10 or so calls, two unreturned voicemails (left over the course of a week), and finally a walk-in visit to the office during our work day to just get access to a human. I totally understand that a very hot summer is going to be the crazy season for any AC/heating company, but holy moly, we were beginning to wonder if they had gone out of business and hadn't disconnected their phones. Moving on to the actual service... Once we actually made contact with Hurliman, we were quickly connected with Eric Jordan, who was an awesome professional to work with. He arrived promptly on time, offered to wear shoe covers in my house (meant a lot to a me, since I had just mopped), and was in and out very quickly. At the end of his work, he explained to me and my husband in detail what he had done, answered all my husband's tech-y questions, and provided a well written summary for our records. We felt he was very honest and easy to understand, two qualities we don't always see in combination. He was at our house to replace a faulty pump that was installed last year by Hurliman, and we appreciated that Hurliman upgraded our faulty device without charge (the faulty pump caused damage to our house and we will update this review once we are finished talking to Hurliman about full resolution). We are thrilled to have our AC back online, and feel confident about the expertise of the person who did the job. We expect that Hurliman will sort out the bugs in their calling system, and we will likely return in the future should we need further services.

Eric did a great job working the water pump discharge from side of the furnace. He took a time to explained to me what was the issues on leaking water. The only thing I was a little disappointed was the Scheduler in the your office did not put for tune up clean the furnace. Eric, only aware of the water leak repair. It cost me $163.79 dollars 35-45 minutes repair.

Giving this a 5 star only because Theron was quick responsive and repaired the issue in a timely manner. However, the company itself claims they have a guarantee but what exactly is that guarantee? They don’t guarantee their work from before management was changed apparently. Our AC unit was installed by Hurliman when the house was built. We had 4 good summers with no issues. This summer the system was not running efficiently. There was a micro leak found which had been draining for a long time. Evidence of residue all over. Had more than one opinion from other professionals stating this leak should have been identified during the original installation. So what is the guarantee? 1 year? 5 year? 10 year? Who knows? Either way I’m out $1600 now. Would like to see management clarify what guarantee they have on their workmanship. Thanks Theron you get a 5 star.

Hurliman Heating & Cooling replace my hot water tank and my furnace a few years ago and did a great job! So when my air conditioner needed replacing, I turned to them again. Blake came out and evaluated my home so that he could give me his expert recommendations for a new unit. My home can be challenging since it’s a split level and temperatures vary greatly between the floors. He was able to give me 2 options. Either a one or two stage air conditioner. I chose the 2 stage because of the varying temps. Tanner and Brandon came out to do the installation of the new unit and a new, much more advanced thermostat with a extra sensor for down stairs. These guys were so very professional. They arrived on time and got to work immediately. I was worried that they may not be able to finish the job in one day, but that was no problem for them. They were fast and efficient workers. Tanner not only finished up the job, but he also installed the thermostat and got it set up on line for me! I now have a “smart home!” He also gave me instructions on how to adjust the temperature. I couldn’t be more pleased! They left no mess behind. And every part of the job was completed. Once the new air conditioner was turned on, my house cooled down in no time at all. I highly recommend using Hurliman Heating and Air. Their quality of service, the professionalism of their staff, their work ethics and skills and the best products will surpass any other company. They are the best!

Theron did an excellent job! He started at square one by unwrapping the unit for the season and even folded the cover and put it in the garage. It wasn't working but he got it started. Since my AC is pretty old, he did a great job of getting it working but also talked about getting a sales rep to contact me about a quote for a new system in the near future.

Shawn showed up a week early due to a cancellation and I could not have been more grateful! He answered ALL my questions and was quick to diagnose the problem and get things changed and up and running. He was kind and respectful in my home and to my dog who was very curious and followed him through the house. The office staff was wonderful! I called nearly every day to see if there had been a cancellation and possibility of my appointment being moved up earlier than the more than 10 day wait time I was scheduled for. What relief when she called me to say they could come a week early! I was very appreciative and will recommend this company. My thermostat trouble was paid by my home warranty so I can not speak to value but the respect they showed in my house was a big “value” to me.

Picked Hurliman due to good online ratings. Scheduling the appointment was simple and I picked a 12-4 window. I called to ask if I had time to go to the gym at 11 and was told "No problem, tech will likely be there between 2 and 3". Problem is, nobody ever showed up. When I called at 4:15 it went to an after hours call center that was super nice but couldn't help. Complete waste of my afternoon so I will never use again.

Updated Review: I was called over the weekend and apologized to for the mistake. Daniel showed up on time and was thorough in his assessment. Switching from 1 to 4 stars since they handled the situation well.

Our furnace stopped working last night. My wife put in a service call and they had no idea when a service tech could get here, plus having a hefty additional charge for an after hours service call. We decided to just tough it out and schedule it for this morning. Service tech arrived at 8 am and set to work. Got it going. He said we needed a part that they had to order but this would work for now. The service tech explained everything well and we were pleased with his work.

Mathew was earlier than expected, ( great) he set up his equipment and put the system through the paces, couldn't find signs of leak. Other service was offered but I declined as it would not solve the current problem. We agreed to fill system and run it until fall, A/C is running great , keeps up even in 95 plus heat. Its been three years since system had been serviced. Very pleased with the service.

Faced with 3 to 5 days of cold weather, my furnace quit working. This company got a technician out within 24 hours and didn’t consider it an emergency rate call. Cameron was professional and polite during his visit. He seemed knowledgeable when explaining the issue and even gave me an education on filters. I’d use these guys again.
